Located in the district of Karantina Beirut, Sfeir-Semler Gallery occupies a 1000 sqm space of a former steel factory. Using the structural grid of the existing building and adapting the initial design of D.Hoffmann BDA, the layout aims to establish a new sequence of spaces of different size and proportion. This way the original atmosphere of the vast industrial space is preserved, while multiple forms of display are made possible.
